Re: The Sims 4 August Sales Payment Issue

Hello. I am trying to buy the Enchanted by Nature pack for a few days now. 

I'm unable to add it to my cart or make a purchase. 

I'm getting the error that there is an issue with adding to cart and payment method. Mind you that I was able to add a compilation pack to the cart just to see if it works, and it did. 

I already cleared the cache in the EA app, reinstalled it, deleted and re entered my payment information several times, but nothing seems to help. 

I'm really frustrated by this and asking for a solution. Any help would be appreciated.
