Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I'm not sure when this happened. The EA app has been working fine since I downloaded it on my laptop, but when I decided to get the new kits that were released recently, it said that it wasn't available for purchase. It is the same for any pack I don't own. Even now I can't preorder the new pack coming out. Like I said I don't know when this happened I bought enchanted by nature when it came out without any issues so this is new. please help I don't know what to do anymore.
