Re: Sims 4 error: Failed to launch game

My game won't open and just keeps displaying "Your game failed to launch. An error on our end caused your launch to fail. Try again a little later."

I can get to the main menu but when I try to resume the game, it crashes during the loading screen. I've tried turning off mods, repairing the game, updating the launcher, clearing the cache, and uninstalling and installing the game.

Has anyone else experienced this and would have any solutions?

I also have the game on the EA app.
