Re: Bought and Installed Pack not showing up at all

I purchased Enchanted by Nature and EA says that it "failed" but it went through with my bank. On the EA app on my PC it says I purchased it and tells me to download it but it says I do not own this pack. I'm really annoyed because $40 dollars is a lot to not ever get back or not play the game. So how do I get a refund or how do I resolve the issue? My bank statements say I bought it. I tried clearing the cache. I also tried restarting the app.
