The market place is blank on PlayStation 5, I’ve reset my console and game, restored license and nothing is working just blank white ?

I went to claim the free maker rewards but every time I try, the marketplace won't even open and now my game won't launch
Same here Marketplace not opening. Game runs fine but Market will not open.
