Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs

I live in the UAE, my EA App has been updated and everything. Each time I click Buy on the sims 4 store it takes me to the EA app and the same message pops up "This game is no longer offered in our catalog". I have enough space on my PC and I have the base game with many other expansion packs, but this is the first time I've had this issue. I even tried Steam, The Sims 4 store and still the same issue. It is now the 13th Feb, (after release date) and still nothing. I wasn't even able to Pre order a month ago.

    im having the same issue too! I live in Saudi Arabia, i checked the website as well and i cant find any pack ! All of em just not there, ive never experienced this before, maybe a country restriction? Except this genuinely never happened to me before, maybe its a bug given the new update and EP, but it should at least pop up in my game as not purchased but even there its not available at all.

    I literally have the same problem!! Which is quite unfortunate because i was looking forward for this pack :(
