I just processed the most recent update and now when I try to access my game it says: "Game license is invalid - - The app couldn't read the game's license file, so we suggest relaunching the game in online mode. If the problem continues try clearing the cache.". I am currently online and I have cleared the cache, but the game won't open.
Please help!!!! 😩
UPDATE: CAN'T SUBMIT AN ERROR REPORT AND HAVE DONE ALL OF THE SUGGESTIONS
I have tried to submit an EA error report 10 times and each time I get an error message, and it won't submit!! I have cleared my cache 10 times, uninstalled/reinstalled both the EA App and the Sims 4 game, repaired the EA app 5 times, repaired the Sims 4 3 times, turned off virus protection, force updated EA app, deleted files, removed mods, and even tried to launch from both my desktop and my laptop (after doing the mentioned steps on both) . . . same license invalid error message each time.
Please help! I have spent far too much money (have played sims on console and pc, before it was free) and own all DLC but 4 of the new kit packs and would reallly like to continue my fairy progress as I have waited years for this 😭.
Please help!
