Re: [ANSWER IN THREAD] Ongoing Purchase Restrictions on More Sims 4 EPs
Anyone kind souls out there, please HELP! I just really want to purchase this new DLC but it seems like the system does not allow me too. As you can see, I can still purchase the old DLC; however, I cannot do the same with these new packs like Adventures Awaits or the pack kits like Autumn Apparel.
The possible solution I have tried.
EA app> the sims 4> manage> repair
EA app main menu> help> app recovery > clear cache
EA app> changing my purchase, add new payment method/credit card
My PC> Documents> The Sims 4> Remove the Mod folder
Turn off my defender firewall/ antivirus application
Turn off Auto Syncing of "One Drive"
Turn off auto update of my Windows 11
Restart my laptop
Above mentioned is what I have already tried; however, none of the options is working for my case.
So, any kind souls out there who have or have not experience this same issue before, would you mind sharing me the possible solution that I can also try, please? I desperately want to just purchase and enjoy like always; I have no idea why this happen to me as it never happens to me before. Any kind souls out there please kindly take a look on this issue and guide me through please.
