no prom event in High School Years expansion

High School Years – Prom does not appear, but Graduation works

Hello,

I am experiencing a problem with The Sims 4 High School Years expansion pack.

I started a completely new save without any mods or custom content. My Sim is a teenager and attends Copperdale High School normally.

However, prom never appears in the calendar. There is no prom event at all.

Graduation ceremony did occur correctly, but prom did not happen before graduation.

I already tried the following steps:

removed all mods

repaired the game in EA App

deleted cache files

started a new save

The issue still persists.

This appears to be a bug with the High School Years expansion.

Please let me know if this is a known issue and if there is a fix.
