As Horas e as DLL's, expansões que eu tenho na minha conta EA

As Horas e as DLL's, expansões que eu tenho na minha conta EA desapareceram já não tenho acesso a elas e fui verificar ao Payment and Wallet ao Order history e não aparecessem lá as transações que já fiz na minha conta.

Jogo no Computador e preciso de ajuda para recuperar isso se alguem conseguir ajudar agradeço 

The Hours and DLL's, expansions that I have in my EA account disappeared, I no longer have access to them and I went to check the Payment and Wallet, the Order history and the transactions I have already made in my account did not appear there.
