Origin and Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold Edition

Ich habe mir heute die Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold Edition gekauft wo es ja ein Bonus von 1.900 simpoints , schlussendlich bekam ich nur 1000 statt 1.900 und dann steht noch wenn ich den Code eingegeben habe (nur der code wurde schon benutzt !!!! ) wie denn hab das innerhalb 10 Minuten gemacht und musste mir 1.000 Simpoints kaufen um mir die Promenade noch leisten zu können! In origin wurde mir der kauf bestätig aber erhalten habe ich garnierst außer ein code wo steht es wurde schon benutzt ? Ich hoffe die EA oder Sims 3 Supporter können mir da irgendwie helfen das hat mir viel mehr geld gekostet als versprochen.

I have now bought the Sims 3 Roaring Heights Gold Edition where it indeed a bonus of 1,900 SimPoints, finally I got only 1000 instead of 1900, and then stands still when I have entered the code (only the code has already been used !!!!) how did that because within 10 minutes and had me buy 1,000 Simpoints to afford the promenade yet to me! In origin me was I purchase request confirm but get nothing except a code where it is has already been used? I hope the EA or Sims 3 supporter can somehow help me that has me cost a lot more money than promised.
