Se me borró todo la partida de mi avanze en sims mobile

Good evening, my name is Laura Calderón. A few days ago I contacted you because I loaded my game on another cell phone. To my surprise, everything I had was erased. I was going to level 60. I uninstalled the game three times to see if it was my cell phone and no, and I had already bought several things, I would like you to help me by recovering my data from the game and from everything that I had advanced, and bought, for example, men's and women's clothing, children's clothing and babies, land, houses, furniture, hobbies I practically had all of them except the ones I have to buy with money, professional careers the same as all except the money ones, three generations had already passed, but I was already quite advanced in the game and due to technical problems in the cloud everything was erased,and starting from 0 I see it as unfair now if I had bought something with cash and real money I would still have lost my money since everything was deleted I see it as unfair please I would appreciate your help with that thanks

    Hola @Lauucalderon y @SenadorX,

    Lamento el problema que han tenido con su cuenta. En este caso les sugiero contactar con Soporte para que puedan revisar si es posible recuperar la cuenta. Pueden contactar desde el juego, en Obtener ayuda en Los Sims Móvil, o hacerlo de lunes a viernes a través de llamada telefónica a uno de los siguientes números:

    • España (12 pm a 9 pm): (+34) 911 23 04 90
    • México (9 am a 6 pm): (+52) 334 77 05 297
    Si no quieren llamar o no pueden porque sería una llamada internacional, pueden contactar en el mismo horario a través del chat online en Contacto EA.
     
    Finalmente, cuando se pongan en contacto les recomiendo tener su ID de jugador a mano, este lo pueden encontrar en: Encontrar tu ID de jugador en Los Sims Móvil.

    Hola @Lauucalderon a mí me ha pasado algo similar, yo lo tenía vinculado con Google play juegos, ahora ya me da igual que ya no juego, pero lo mismo, estaba en un nivel avanzado, tenía una casa grande, hijos... Y cuando lo volví a instalar no tenía nada de eso. 

  • Yo tambien vinculado a todo y nombre se borró así no se puede no lo e vuelto a jugar por lo mismo
