My game sims 3 is dead

Hey, I would really really need help I don't know what happened but my game broke I don't know exactly it's due to, but ea app did an update so I reinstalled the Sims 3 and 4 And on top of that I added 3 more packs for the sims 3...and since the installation of these damned packs, the loadings have become endless I tried everything, uninstalled reinstalling, followed all the processes to perform the It's in ordeal I tried everything and nothing works I'm completely lost and even installing Sims 3 downloads no longer works...Please if anyone had an idea or even a few tips so that I can fix it, I would be happier in the world please.
