Bushes and window glitch

Hey, recently I downloaded the sims 4 on my new laptop and it has been running fine except for any kind of plant or bushes change shape and dissapear when I zoom out. The windows are also not transparant and have a weird white shade. I already repaired the game. Sorry for the bad spelling. Can someone help me out?
