Is anyone doing anything about it?

Can we talk on how high priced for the low quality gameplay, in fact sometimes even broken gameplay, these games are? How can a company have a thousand euro game that many fans have payed the 1000 euros to complete the dlc collection, and not address bad game breaking problems? How is the EA asking 20 euros foe Sims 3 broken packs? I just bought one on Mac, a computer that cost me 3000 euros, it can run the game very smoothly, filled with coding errors. 

Literally just bought Island Paradise, cause I didn't redeem it 10 years ago, so I had to buy it again, the ocean has no available interactions! They are selling these products. A 20 euro Expansion Pack that does not work on updated Mac technology. Unacceptable. Gonna try to get a refund, but will probably spend 6 months for it to be processed. 

I believe that broken code should not be sold. I believe it is theft when you remaster the artwork making the game seem up to date but reality is, for the past four years EA has been selling copies of a piece of code that simply is faulty and does not work, and they do nothing to simply get it to work. It is not a lot of problems I experienced but the few I did were pretty damming for the gameplay of the selected pack.

I know people have been asking for 4 years for you to fix the game SIMS 3 for Mac, but If you don't get around to it I will expect a refund of all the money I spent with you. I am not keeping a bloody game that doesn't work. 10 years ago I had PC and it worked now I have a beast and it doesn't. It is a game for PC and Mac it should be fully operational on PC and Mac. I don't want to be waiting forever for a fix that isn't gonna come. If you don't fix it I want my 500 euros back, if I can't play the game I have no use for it, and the faulty product is your responsibility because you sold me a faulty product, not anyone else, EA YOU ARE SELLING BAD PRODUCTS, FIX THEM!
