Pink Lines and Inaccessible Ocean in Island Paradise

Sims 3 for Mac simply don't work. Recently went to EA APP and realized I had redeemed all my pack codes in childhood so I installed the game, bought the added Island Paradise Pack, that I didn't have 10 years ago, and proceeded to play. Apparently there is a new 64 bit version of the sims for the modern Apple computers. I own a decked out Mac mini M2 Pro. Very good for the weight of the sims, no issues in running the game except for imcopatibilitty of screen size, tried all the options, but the game just stretches past some point loosing quality. and if you try to get a bigger resolution the only thing it does is change the size of the UI to smaller sizes, the bigger the screen you have, makes no sense, still Is playable.

Also the game carries two PINK LINES in the right side of the screen and the bottom of the screen, Only happens in specific loading screens which in the sims 3 are seldom, so it is still playable.

The big problem so far is that upon installing Island Paradise I have NO access to Ocean interactions, like wtf, the pack is literally all about the ocean, and I payed for it and it doesn't work. EA Help said they would look into it, but the internet says this problem has been around for at least two years. So unfortunately it feels like even though EA is remastering the Publicity for the Sims 3, to make the itself look remastered, when you go and play it, it has more bugs than it did 10 years ago.

This is really bad, this is the first Mac I own that allows me to play the Sims. It is bad enough the Sims 4 are the fiasco they are, but since they made the Mac 64 bit version, the game has SERIOUS problems, and EA does not like to refund.

If you have a Mac, save yourself some trouble and don't buy the Sims, any of them, EA is clearly not worried about the fun that the fans are supposed to have. I bought a product and it has been two days of going back and forth trying to solve an issue that they created. Added, all of this with no resolution in sight, the only resolution being ill have to shut up even though I was ripped off by bad coding.

EA, FIX THE 64 BIT MAC VERSION, THIS IS UNACEPTABLE, FOR TWO YEARS YOU HAVE BEEN TELLING CUSTOMERS YOU WILL LOOK INTO IT. AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. THERE ARE PINK LINES ON THE SCREEN OF A GAME THAT COST ME 500 EUROS. THE OCEAN IS NOT ACESSIBLE IN AN OCEAN EXPANSION PACK THAT COSTS 40 EUROS. THIS IS CRIMINAL. FIX THE GAME, OR IM BUYING INZOI.

PS, it has been 4 years since the first mention of the Mac users pink line problems. Just please sit down, and fix it.
