Missing Maker Packs
Dear EA Support Team,
I am following up on my existing case regarding missing Maker Packs in The Sims 4.

Issue:
All 16 of my previously acquired Maker Packs have become unavailable in-game, despite showing "Install Complete" and "Active" in the Marketplace.
When loading my saved game, 69 Build Mode items were removed and 3 were substituted.
Troubleshooting completed:
- Cleared EA App cache.
- Verified all 1,838 game files through Steam.
- Deleted localthumbcache.package.
- Restarted the game and confirmed pack activation.
- Attempted to reinstall one affected Maker Pack, but the installation option was unavailable. Reactivating it did not restore the content.
Important finding:
On October 25, 2026, I purchased Cozy Cottage by Kerriganhouse, which installed successfully and works normally.
However, all previously acquired Maker Packs remain inaccessible.
This suggests that the issue specifically affects older Marketplace content rather than new purchases.
I kindly request that this case be escalated to the technical team to investigate and restore access to my previously acquired Maker Packs without requiring repurchase.
