What a seriously crappy tech support setup. no one at EA actually plays the game, so when you speak to them they can't answer the question. I can not get the titan to use the 40mm cannon, it always reverts back to the XO-16. This is terribel, because without kills with this weapon, it is impossible to go to Gen3.
