Account rank and unlocks reset

Hello,

I re-installed TF2 on my Xbox Sries X after previously having it installed on my Series x with the same account.

When I went to multiplayer all my unlocks and ranks were completely reset. 

Obviously this is pretty frustrating. 

Is there a fix for this?
