Alt-tabbing locks framerate to 30 and applies major input lag.
Platform: PC
Issue: After alt-tabbing, or hitting the Windows button and I tab back into the game again, the FPS is locked to 30 and displaying terrible mouse input lag.
Can you reproduce this issue 100% of the time: YES! EVERY. ****. TIME!
Details on how to reproduce the issue: Alt-tab, that's it. Does not matter if I am in game, campaign or multiplayer, or in any of the game's menus, the Instant I am outside of the game for whatever reason and whatever time, as soon as I tab back in, the game sits on 30 fps and mouse input is like .5 to a full second behind whatever action I take.
A restart of the game fixes the issue 100% of the time, though it's extremely annoying having to restart the game each time I want/need to do something out of the game before I can continue playing.
I have repared the game once, only thing I have not tried yet that I can think of personally is a Complete reinstall of the game.
Processor (CPU): Intel Core i7-6700k CPU @ 4GHz (8 CPUs)
Graphics Card (GPU): Nvidia GTX 1070
Memory: 32 GB
Operating System: Windows 10 home 64 bit
Running the latest Nvidia drivers, Version 376.33 (The issue has persisted over every driver Version since launch)
I have tried disabling the Origin in-game overlay, it made no difference.

On a Fellow players request, I went to settings - Video - Advanced settings - V-sync, and changedv-sync from Adaptive V-sync Half Refresh to disabled,
I could swear I had tried that before but for some reason it worked out now.
I am tabbing back and forth and the game behaves as it should, no more stuck on 30 fps with major input lag! I am in Titanfall heaven!
Consider my problem solved!
