AMD GPU users- Massive fps drop with arc effects

Are you using any software with an overlay? Yes
If yes, can you list them here? Amd Software Adrenalin, just for the fps, cpu and gpu usage metrics
If you disable this software, does that have any effect? Of course not

Where did the issue occur? During a match ( any game mode)
What were you doing when the issue occurred? Getting engaged by an enemy pilot or titan that used arc weapon or ability.
Did other peaple also experience the issue? Yes. Apparently,  is a game-related  issue for all the users of the latest AMD gpu cards ( 5000 series and above)
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? First match (and any number of matches after)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay.
What happens when the bug occurs? Massive FPS drop, from 144 to 10-20 fps.
What should be happening instead? the frame rate should stay on 144 FPS like in all other gameplay scenario

‌Bug Description :

Apparently, this is a game-related issue for all the users of the latest AMD gpu cards ( 5000 series and above) well know by the community

The trigger is when an enemy titan or player hit you with an arc weapon/ability. After that the game suddendly drop to 10-20 fps even if in all other scenario runs perfectly smooth .

Happens every match without exception. Changing in game settings doesn't effect the outcome.Tried to unistall the game twice and nothing happend. Tried also with overclocking or undervolting the gpu. Still doesn't effect the outcome. As far as i know this bug could even exist since the release of the Monarch's reign dlc ( 2017)ì
