Anyone in the west getting a ridiculous ping from the west us server?

The west US server is giving me a ping that is DOUBLE what it should be. It used to be around 45 ms mark and not it is at 95ms. This makes the game UNPLAYABLE. Everybody has the drop on me. Killing p...

ot only is ity unplayble as m getting same high ping results, is that if i do manage to connect to a game its usaully after 30 min wait. 1.0.4.13 is fail
