Same problem, happening since yesterday (22nd). I've tried everything, updating and repairing game, restarting origin and PC and my isp is telstra not optus so thats not the problem.

I've had the same issue for almost a week, im with Optus, and can't understand how EA or whoever is the expert/s thinks its our ISP's at fault when anything and everything else connects to the internet.
Its getting beyond a joke, checking for updates, uninstalling, reinstalling, checking installed files, entering command lines, multi GPU issues, Game updates on a friday/sat night, the busiest times for any place on the planet, why do they choose to update at such ridiculous times??? how about Monday midnight, the quietest and most boring time of the week.
Rant over.
Is this even being looked at? Why isn't there an australian section to this forum with updates?
It's been down for 2 days now. It worked PERFECTLY since Australian servers went online last Friday. THen suddenly yesterday it's -1 ping and I can't connect.
Playing with 150 - 200 ping against people all over SEA is annoying as hell since I've had 50 pings all week.
I have made no changes to my system or my modem since then. The only thing that has changed is the patch that EA did to Titanfall.

Been happening since this weekend. The Beta servers seemed more stable. I start the game and see it at -1ms and then just quit out because 150 is not that fun to play with after you are used to 50ms or less. I'm assuming that becase it's the weekend the people running the servers are not really maintaining it.. It seems to be up and down, I've managed to get on a few times this weekend. Hopefully things get sorted out early next week.
I'm on TPG internet and haven't had any connection problems before aside from the noted downtime.

Here's an update from me. I can connect to the australian server fine again. Unfortunately I don't have any solutions to share as it just started working out of the blue again. Maybe the servers are just full when you get the -1 ping thing?

Open ports does NOTHING to alleviate the ongoing problems. I've done EVERYTHING including DMZ and all the pointless distractions that EA 'support' says to do and nothing works.
The problem is SERVER SIDE.
All my other online games work just fine. The only one that gives me any trouble is Titanfall - and I've spent $100 bucks on this game that I can't play or can only play for short snippets because their servers are so bad.
And there's not communication, no acknowledgement - the issues have been going on since launch and their approach to dealing with it has been pathetic. Not getting sucked in again.
Opening ports worked for me. Thanks mate
ports are open. all my friends ports are open. doesn't help
