baned account cant access multiplayer for titanfall i recently bought

I bought titanfall 2 few days ago on steam but forgot my ea account is banned and i cant play multiplayer. Is there anything i can do delete ea account/unlink steam account withsupport so i can play multiplayer?

Hi @EA_Illium ,
Thanks for your help i already reached out but i got generic response that it is actioned corectly and that it wont be lifted i also tried asking for unlinking steam/deleting account but that request got denied also via email. On my pending cases those 2 i got green status declined. Is there any chance that i can resolve this ban happend 2 years ago. Here is my case number #154980779

Hi @abc1517279138 To confirm we are not able to investigate or overturn bans (or other action actions) here on the Answers HQ forums.

If you are getting a response from the TOS team that the ban will stay on the account we would not be able to overturn that decision.
