can purchases be transferred to another platform?

can my purchases be transferred to another platform? (example: ps4 to pc)

    Hi @Valvakriz 

    To confirm are you asking if you purchase a copy of TF2 on a PlayStation, you can swap it out for a copy on PC?

    If so, this would not be possible. If you wish to move to the PC platform you would need to purchase a separate copy.
