Cannot exit Titan.

Only on first mission after entering the Titan, but now cannot exit him. I was told on screen to " Hold E" but when I do i get an ERROR message. I have tried clicking on E instead but the same thing happens. I have tried changing the letter, but again, the same thing happens.
