Can't connect to servers Xbox 360

They have been down since I got the game. I keep getting "server timed out" and "client desynchronized"

I am on 360 as well.

    I keep getting those too. Can't even sit in the lobby without getting "server timed out"

      I am having the same problem, it appears some people are playing based off their levels.  Were any of you able to access the mandatory 1.2 download? I believe this is the issue.

        I only got a 64 mb update and that is it. I don't get prompted for a 1.2gb download.

        Also can't install the game on my hardrive.

      Me too and I reset router, cable box, forwarded ports, reinstalled and wasted my life
