Can't resume my download (Pre-Load)

It says downloading but the speed is at 0.00 B/sec, i started pre loading 2 days ago and downloaded almost 47gbs but i paused it and went to sleep yesterday, this morning whenever i resume this happe...

As a start try running Origin as administrator.
