Connection issue; "Failed to get token from Origin." & Infinite "Retrieving matchmaking list" loop.

i bought the game and it was working fine the first day, but ever since it just gives me this same error. Please will you try to find a solution for this because if not then i request a refund. i didnt just pay that much money to just look at the icon of the game.
