could not load library client (PC)

could not load library clinet. How to solve it?

更新游戏就可以了，虽说重装游戏也可以，然后调成窗口模式，我到现在都没问题

Update your game or reinstall it, then log in the game, turn it into "Run in a Window", i m fine now
