data center searching

Titanfall 2 is having so many problems, I can't ever connect to multiplayer. The ping is blank and the same as the name. Trust me, I've tried everything, I disabled the devices that I wasn't using and that did nothing, I even disabled the hidden things. The servers just won't connect. I can however still play the story. The game will also crash when I put it on full screen. I still haven't found a fix someone please help me.
