Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
- Did you install the game on your C drive or another drive?
- If you installed it on a separate drive, does windows have full read/write permission?
- Does this happen to any other users on the device?
- Did you purchase Titanfall 2 or access it through EA Play Pro?
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

2.Yes, the game is installed on drive C
3.I am the only user of the PC and account
4.I bought the game about half a year ago on Steam, played a little and decided to wait for my friends to buy the game, but now the game won’t start
