EA app does not see the game

1. if I understood the question correctly, then my computer meets the recommended system requirements

2.Yes, the game is installed on drive C

3.I am the only user of the PC and account

4.I bought the game about half a year ago on Steam, played a little and decided to wait for my friends to buy the game, but now the game won’t start
