ea cant launch titanfall 2 beacouse steam version is instaled

I bougth Titanfall 2 from Origin when it came out and a couple of days ago due to Steam sales I bought the deluxe version of Titanfall 2, the problem I have now is that I can't play with the version I bought through Origin anymore, It tells me that the installed version is not compatible and that I have to uninstall the Steam version, the thing is that I don't want to have to install and uninstall the game every time I change accounts and I don't know if any problem may arise doing this. I don't know if you can play with the same version through both a Steam-ea account and an EA-only account, otherwise, I had thought about downloading the Steam version on one disk and the EA version on another but EA won't let me install another one. play the game, I don't know what to do, thank you very much in advance
