I can see you have 2 graphics cards installed? I would start by making sure that it's not the Intel graphics card that is being used by mistake.
Yes there is the onboard. However, looking at the GPU usage during play, I'm fairly sure that it's using the correct card, as it reaches 100% load in GPUz.

Have you tried reinstalling DX11 from Origin Games\Titanfall\__Installer\directx11\redist ?
I reinstalled DirectX using the directx (rather than directx11) filepath, which had the installer. So far no crashes. If it continues to work functionally, will mark as appropriately solved.
