I'm so sorry, guys. You're all having the same soulless problem that I have when it comes to EA. I can't believe we're being conned like this, by being loyal customers. My credit card dispute was found to be acceptable by EA too. I was charged twice for China Rising and didn't think it would be an issue getting my money back immediately for the mistake. Weeks later I am banned from BF4. I asked, like I said above, the EA Admin if it would affect future games to which he responded 'No, it shouldn't' -- turns out it does. What the hell, EA? If you ban an account, at least make it so we can't enter the account. BLOCK US FROM ACCESSING THE ACCOUNT, SO THAT WE CAN'T UPLOAD THE CD-KEY TO THAT ACCOUNT. Or make it so that we can't add any new games, etc etc. It's obviously a soulless ploy to have people spend MORE MONEY on games. So, if you're in this boat, make a new account. But better yet, avoid ever buying EA games. I emailed them three times last week and still haven't heard a reply. EA has the worst Customer Service and the most soulless management ever. They keep your money and offer you NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. It's amazing they can run a business like this, stealing money from people. I'm ashamed that I have bought EA games back from Battlefield 1942. I can't believe we all just lost 60 bucks buying a new game and expecting EA to actually care about their loyal customer base. Worst company ever.

They won't even give you a break for an honest mistake. Instead, they just steal your money and tell you you're **bleep**. Great Customer Service EA. I love the passive aggressive 'Thank you for bringing your terrible luck because of our evil to our attention, because you being a customer matters to us; because we steal your money and rob you of enjoyment."
