There is zero hope for us ever playing this game, if we installed it on the banned account, I fear. It is so frustrating because there is NO ONE in EA willing to WORK WITH US to BETTER our experiences. Instead, they give you the generic 'You messed up, we don't care, we stole your money, ha ha' response. I am so angry with this company and their inability to provide any compassion, empathy, or help in these matters. We made mistakes. Not even really big ones. And they're permenantly banning us. And AFTER we spend money on the next game, and AFTER we're told it will still work, and AFTER we access the account, and AFTER we install it and waste the CD-KEY, they show us we're banned. No locked account. No saying 'You can no longer install games' in order to save us the money. Nothing. Just lies...hopeless wastes of time and money...and a Customer Service who is most likely a bunch of bots saying 'You're a sucker, thanks for your money'. I, for one, will never buy another EA game no matter how tempting, if this issue doesn't get resolved and they make changes to their customer service policies. Do you guys think it is just a coincidence that the Forum Help Line will CALL YOU TO HELP YOU...but Account Disputes won't even honor you with a real person to talk to? It's because they don't care...Gods, I can't stop venting my frustration about this company...Never again, EA.
Further updates on my situation:
According to Amazon, potentially hundreds of their customers, maybe even thousands are being banned because EA apparently hasn't kept track of the CD-Keys they issued to Amazon to sell. So a lot of amazon customers are entering keys they got from amazon, and then being subsequently banned later by EA because they don't have a record of that key being sold or distributed to amazon, so they flag it as fraudulent and POOF! There goes your account.
Stellar work by EA. The real **bleep**-kicker is that EA is telling me they are waiting on Amazon to reply to them, and Amazon is saying EA won't return emails, calls or letters they have been sending. THis same thing happened back when Sim City was released. You'd think they'd have resolved this by now.

Got an answer today:
Thank you for contacting us regarding your inability to access your Origin account.
We have now completed our investigation into your query and upon review of your case, we can see that your game was disabled due to a chargeback against your account.
Please note that a chargeback may occur if a game code has been purchased from an unauthorised source and/or if you have initiated a chargeback.
In order to be able to play Titanfall you will need to repurchase the game from an Authorized retailer. When purchasing EA Games please ensure that you are purchasing from an Authorized retailer or recognized Digital Distribution Service such as Origin.
Please be aware that EA takes chargebacks very seriously and further occurrences of this nature may ultimately result in permanent account closure of your account.
