Community AdminPacmarn, please try a Clean Boot, and if it works then, turn on programs gradually, to see if you can find the conflicting program.
Sanguine, I'd double check the Clean Boot again, in case something was missed the first time. Past this, you can try creating a new Windows User Profile as a test.

how come this issue has not yet been resolved!! or am I missing the fix?
I just started having the same issue a few weeks ago. Have tried all the suggestions and cant get it to work. I was playing ever single day and then one day Origin updated and blam, no more titanfall. I also tried the battlefront beta, and it woudnt launch either.
Tigthen up Origin. This is unnaceptable. I certainly dont want to have to wipe my drive and re-install everything.
Just went through all the steps of doing a full manual uninstall of orgin, delete folder, delete registry keys, delte program data file etc. and still no luck.
Is there any response from EA that can be use for this issue? I would really love to play this game again or a refund.
