Yes - I am entitled to use the product that I just purchased. I just bought my car and well, they didn't bother to put an engine in it - but they told me they are working on it - so I will just look at it in the garage for a while. Oh I just bought a brand new TV - oh...right but it doesn't show any images...but they are working on it.
Yes it's so wrong to want to actually use a product you just purchased, to expect it to just work. A product that has absolutely no fall back like a tutrorial or firing range or anything if there is an issue. had they included at a minimum some sort of even very minor offline content.....people wouldn't be as upset.

every1 pissed at the downtime because it is one of the biggest game of the year. if its some **bleep**ty shooting game that no1 cares about then sure downtime what ever. but triple A tittle that cost full price, and u have this kind of problem and downtime? hell yes ppl gonna be pissed about this. Not to even mention EA mark this thread as "solve" and give u the "solution" as "u all sit there and shut the fk up while we counting the money u give us then we gonna start fixing ur problem" . i play path of exile and u know what the dep team there do when their game have problem? they fix it and make a post with detail about the actual problem and their current progress fixing it and their dep team has less than 20ppl.
Well, EA... you really have me convinced on the benefits of this "always online" stuff. Please add this to the rest of your games. I've been looking for a reason to uninstall Origin.
