I think the point that everyone who says "Name a game that hasn't had release date problems" is missing is the fact that yes every game doesn't come out perfect. There are bugs that need to be fixed, patches that need to be distributed to fix the issues with the game itself. Very little games are beta tested to perfection so that when the game is released, there's nothing wrong with it. However, what you need to focus on more is the fact that this company is gaining a growing track record since they decided to go off on their own and do their own thing, of being under-prepared for these games releases. Now I don't know about all of you but I could barely go anywhere over the past few months without people splooging about how much they were anticipating this game and idealistically, if EA were at least somewhat level-headed, they would have attempted to prepare a little better for this release. This is not an issue about a game not being finished, it's an issue about a company that seems to always undercut their expected needs and people who pay money for a service are not getting that service. Realistically in a world where not everyone has a ton of free time to sit around the computer and wait, they are entitled to that service when they purchase it if it wasn't intended for use later on. This is again, an issue with a company that always comes up staggeringly underprepared. Everyone that has that amount of free time to simply say "go and come back alter and it'll be fixed" will eventually realize that it's just not how the world works. People are on time restraints and want to enjoy something they paid money for. Also, I feel like to most of the people who have no issue but only came to tell others to calm down, I could safely say "Get a job and pay for the game with your own hard-earned money and see how you feel afterwards".
