EU player, can only connect to Singapore and Tokyo servers!!

So i'm sitting in the EU (Denmark), but the game only wants to connect me to servers like Singapore and Tokyo, wich result in really high ms. I don't have any kind of vpn on my windows. I don't have ...

Hello, mate! Tell me please, how to find the screen with servers list or how to choose one of it? I'm living in Vladivostok (it's Russia, but territory near China and Japan). I have ping 400 and even dont know where my game connects to. I can't find any screen for choose servers in lobby or anywhere.
