Community AdminThe digital version shouldn't have any effect, I have a digital version and I remember completing this achievement without issue. If you try starting the level again (from the mission select menu) on a different difficulty do the helmets show up then?
Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately, changing the difficulty doesn't help. I have tried changing the difficulty mid-game and before restarting the campaign. I already beat the game on Master mode. I have tried restarting the campaign several times. I have tried clearing the cache and nothing works. I have had the disc version of the game before but then I bought the game again with ps membership. All of the methods EAhelps recommended to me via twitter were basically useless. I am aware that you can't refund the time I spent on the game so I'm asking you to submit a request to PlayStation to give me the platinum trophy. I can provide you with pictures and all the data needed, just please let me get this trophy. It means more to me than you could imagine. And besides, I gave you my money so you should help me out, shouldn't you?
