g2 masterwork elite skin locked (Xbox 1)

i bought the g2 masterwork elite skin and it worked fine for a while. then i changed the camo on the gun and it locked the skin and i can no longer apply it to the gun. I have tried re downloading th...

    i have done that before and it didn't work however, it seemed to fix the issue this time. thank you for the assistance

@CaptainShroomy Thank you for the post. Can you try a restart of your system (hold the front button until it beeps and shuts down) then check again after the restart? Perhaps there's some issue with the data cache, and hopefully this step will help?

i have done that before and it didn't work however, it seemed to fix the issue this time. thank you for the assistance

    Thank you for the update. It sounds like there was an issue with the store syncing up with the game, hopefully everything is sorted out now.
