12 years agoFound a new driver, thought it was a potential resolve. Upgraded to 335.23, unfortunately it is still crashing.

Are you using your on-board sound from your motherboard? or do you have a sound card from Realtek? If you are using just the onboard sound, i recommend you uninstall/disable any programs like razer synapse surround and go to the Asus site for the latest audio driver. You may also want to take a close look at your sound devices and uninstall/disable any that arent nessecary and make sure that your real sound device is selected as your primary output device.
setting output device: right click speaker in the windows task bar by the clock, click playback devices, select the appropriate device and click "set default" at the bottom.
