Yes, I would love to have the voicechat push-to-talk mapped to a controller button as well. Not sure why it was omitted when there is a button available for it that isn't assigned to anything at the moment.

I've got the same problem, and this was the first result that turned up in Google search, so I'll throw my two-cents in.

I prefer to use a gamepad as well to play Titanfall, and the lack of communication can sometimes be a problem. Since I'm usually too far from my keyboard, I can't text chat and since the only voice option is also bound to the keyboard, that means I can't talk at all during a match.

I don't see any reason the push-to-talk key can't be re-bound to my gamepad (especially since the right d-pad isn't even used and would be perfect)
