It ended up just being a game Disc issue. The game disc not working properly caused the installation to stop.
Community Admin@ohglyde Hi, do you have a lot of hard drive space? if you clear some up does anything change? You might also want to restart your system fully from the power menu then try the download process again.
I take it that your main game install is fine?

I have the Disc. the update it does when you first put the disc in downloads perfectly fine. the in game installation is fine until it gets to 48% then it says disc is unreadable. (the disc is perfectly fine i just got it) and stops at 48% i remove the disc put it back in and it starts up but never moves off of 48%. I let it install over night and it still did not move. I have plenty of space even deleted a 64gb game and nothing changed. i did a full restart and nothing ive completely shut the system down and unplugged it still changed nothing.

Community AdminThank you for the update and extra info. Sorry for not guessing the disc issue, fortunately they're relatively rare these days.
Ive had the same problem but I cleaned the disc and there was nothing wrong with that but it still isn't working.
