Try and exit Origin, then start it using rightclick-->open as administrator, then repair Titalfall by rightclicking-->repair and then try and install again.
every time i exit after downloading to run as admin i have to completely redownload the game. repair option never works. I hate origin. so. much.

Well good news, I edited the registry like the post detailing how some people fixed their battlefield 4 installs, and after reinstalling titanfall works now. I just put in all the missing lines and substituted Titanfall for battlefield 4 obviously, it was missing 4 lines, the GDF, locale, Install Dir, and Display name lines. The registry for Titanfall is under Respawn, not EA Games tho when you go looking for it under HKEY local machine registry. I am FINALLY in game. Check your spacing and stuff to I had a typo on one of the lines and absent mindedly put Battlefied 4 as the install dir while i copied the new lines to insert, but after I cleaned up the new registries I inserted titanfall reinstalled and the darn PLAY button finally showed up.
