Getting stuck at retrieving matchmaking list...

I have been unable to play at all. I get stuck at the retrieving matchmaking list screen. PLEASE CONTACT ME

Now that I have your attention. I have been stuck at the "Retrieving matchmaking list..." screen for hours. I tried everything to include hard resets and reinstalls and the data center list is blank. I am on the Xboxone and have not been able to play at all. I messaged an admin who is online and posting but he is ignoring me ☹️
