Graphics appear to not load, just skybox and particles
Can't figure this one out...

The game loads just fine but as soon as the game starts, it's just the sky box, arms, gun, overlay, and particles. I've already done a restart, reinstalled and uninstalled my drivers, made sure my drivers for my Mobo were fine, Repaired the game (3 times), and now I'm currently in the process of re-downloading and installing it.
Suggestions?
Edit: this happens on High or Low settings
