Has anyone seen these polygon glitches before on PC?

Sorry about the screenshot, took it on my phone. Generally, no matter what settings I use, polygons aren't rendering properly. I've updated my video drivers to the newest version and I'm running on a GF720m which I've been told should be fine with lower graphics settings. However, everytime I encounter something other than a wall there are polygons, rods, etc. sticking out of it - every enemy and every projectile looks like a damned porcupine.

I've tried every in-game setting, disabled the nVidia control panel's settings and left them to the game, etc. but I'm still getting this, even in training:

Apologies again about the quality of the image, took it from my phone (didn't want to mess with anything with a good example of the issue on the screen).

If anyone could help I'd really appreciate it! I scanned through the first couple of pages and hadn't seen anything related, sorry if this is a repost.

This glitch mostly happens if your laptop is only using the onboard GPU instead of your dedicated videocard. Please try to run the Titanfall.exe with a rightclick and choose your high performance GPU. You can create a custom setup for Titanfall in your Nvidia control panel where your force the game to always use the dedicated video-card instead of your onboard gpu.

    Please keep us updated.
